Civil AI™ is a strategic initiative founded by Stephen “Sheff” Morrison II and Karen Sessoms, MSLD, SHRM-AI+HI. We combine AI strategy, operational expertise, and public sector knowledge to help leaders and teams run more efficiently and effectively. Stephen and Karen bring over 50 years of combined creditable relevant experience in public sector leadership, human resources expertise, video, music and television production. Having worked in senior leadership positions with elected officials, non-profits, higher education, celebrities, and influencers, makes CivilAI uniquely positioned to fill a void in the marketplace for the services we offer.
