Refund & Cancellation Policy
Civil AI™ programs and workshops are delivered through scheduled training sessions and consultations. Payments for training and consulting services are generally non-refundable once a program begins. If you cancel at least 14 days before a scheduled program, you may receive a credit toward a future session. No refunds are given for cancellations within 14 days of the start date. Consultation scheduling may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Civil AI™ reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
